Kratisa builds private, local-first apps you own. This policy covers the Kratisa website (including the AlignTrack pages and calculators). For anything about this policy, email us at [email protected].

Your email address — only if you give it.When you join a waitlist, we store the email you enter and which page you signed up from. We use it to send you occasional updates about the product you signed up for, and to let you in early when it launches. That's it. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Privacy-friendly analytics.We use Plausible to understand how many people visit and which pages help. It's cookieless, doesn't track you across sites, and only ever shows us aggregate numbers — never anything that identifies you.

The calculators. Our wear-time and change-date calculators run entirely in your browser. Whatever you type stays on your device — nothing is saved, and nothing is sent to us.

Basic server logs.Like almost every website, our host briefly processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and keep the site secure. We don't use it to build a profile of you.

• —Require an account to use the site or the apps.
• —Collect health or treatment data through this website.

We keep third parties to a minimum, and use them only as service providers acting on our behalf:

• —Maileroo — sends the waitlist emails you ask for.
• —Plausible — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
• —Our hosting provider — runs the servers and database that store waitlist sign-ups.

We do not sell your data to anyone, and never will.

We keep your waitlist email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the relevant product has launched and the waitlist is no longer needed. Sent-email records are purged automatically once they're no longer useful.

You're in control of the little data we hold. You can ask us to show you what we have, correct it, or delete it — and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, or by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA; we'll honour them.

This website isn't directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us their information, email us and we'll remove it.

As we build, this policy may change. We'll update the date at the top whenever it does, and we'll keep it plain and honest.
